The exterior lighting strategy for SEWRI, a high-rise residential tower by Sobha Builders, is meticulously developed to complement the building’s

minimal and geometric architectural language. Commissioned with the intent to create a striking yet refined nighttime identity, the design explores

a series of linear lighting iterations, aiming for full integration with the architectural envelope.

Working closely with the façade design team, a system of staggered, diffused linear profiles was conceived—subtly embedded into architectural

provisions across various levels of the tower. These high-performance fixtures offer a seamless appearance by day, while delivering dynamic

lighting temperatures by night to animate the structure with a calm, shifting visual rhythm.

The resulting scheme accentuates the vertical geometry and tiered massing of the skyscraper without overpowering the architecture. This minimal

yet expressive approach ensures that SEWRI stands as a sophisticated landmark, harmonizing light and form through a restrained and precisely

executed facade lighting solution.
