creativity. From sketching and crafting objects during his early years, Ajay’s fascination grew into a passion for shaping real-world spaces — a
pursuit that led him to earn his undergraduate degree at the prestigious RV College of Architecture, Bangalore.
With over three years of experience across diverse sectors of the architectural industry, Ajay discovered that light is not just visual elements, but
powerful forces capable of profoundly influencing human mood and perception — aspects often overlooked in conventional design.
His expertise was further sharpened at the Politecnico di Milano, Milan, where he specialized in Lighting Design. These experiences expanded his
worldview, allowing him to merge the precision of architectural design with the artistry of light, transforming spaces into immersive atmospheres.
Driven by an inquisitive spirit and relentless pursuit of growth, Ajay has worked across Italy and India, evolving into a lighting designer who

manufacturing through his family business, T-LITE in Bangalore. Surrounded by this environment, he developed a deep fascination with the way
light transforms spaces, influences human experience, and even impacts nocturnal ecosystems.
He pursued his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at REVA University, Bangalore, laying a strong technical foundation.
Driven by his curiosity to explore light beyond its functional role, Thilak went on to specialize in Lighting Design at the Politecnico di Milano, Italy,
where he expanded his understanding of how technology, design, and human perception converge.
His journey continued with invaluable experience at renowned lighting manufacturers in Italy, where he honed his expertise in luminaire design and
product development. This exposure not only broadened his technical and creative outlook but also ignited his ambition to take his family’s legacy
